Order & Shipping Info

PAYMENT:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will be adding PayPal soon. We do not accept checks, cash PayPal E-checks or barter. All orders are settled as soon as the order is submitted. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and another when your order has shipped.

MINIMUM ORDER: $10 (all pricing shown in US dollars)

SALES TAX:  We are required by the Great State of New York to collect sales tax on orders shipped anywhere in New York State. There is no sales tax applied to orders shipped outside of New York state.

SPLIT SHIPPING:  We are unable to slit an order to separate shipping addresses.  One order per shipping address please and thank you!

ERRORS: Once you have submitted your order, it may be difficult for us to make changes because we ship quickly.  Please call (585.360.2095), email (Deb@ZaksAvenue.com) or Facebook message (https://www.facebook.com/Zaks.Avenue/) us right away if you made a mistake and we will do our best to correct it!

RETURNS:  You may return merchandise, unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with a copy of your invoice/receipt within 30 days. We are sorry, but Gift Certificates, artist consignment items, sale merchandise or any item not in its original condition or damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. We only replace/exchange items for the same item if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as approval/rejection of your refund/replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please return the product to:  Zak's Avenue, c/o Returns, 661 South Avenue Suite C, Rochester, NY 14620. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 2 weeks of our receipt of the item(s).

PRIVACY:  Zak's Avenue will not rent or sell your email address. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment or orders you have placed with Zak's Avenue.

SHIPPING: At this time, we are able to ship within the continental United States only. We will be adding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands soon, followed by Canada, South America and other overseas destinations.  Orders are shipped 1 - 2 days within receipt of the order.   

SHIPPING COSTS:  You may pick up your purchase at the store for free.  Orders over $200 are also shipped free. After you have added items to your shopping cart, we calculate shipping costs based on the total amount of your order as follows:
